The instrument is microprocessor controlled with PID temperature controller which delivers precise and accurate temperature control from 5°C above ambient to 65°C. The Incubator Shaker comes with a built-in timer and an audible alarm that sounds off when time is up. The Small Incubator Shaker features a triple eccentric drive motor with lubricated ball bearings to ensure smooth agitation of samples. The motor is a brushless DC maintenance-free motor designed for a long life of service and has a speed range between 100 to 1200 RPM. The Incubator Shaker can handle up to four standard or deep well plates at once. The system is conveniently small enough to fit on any lab benchtop and is whisper-quiet.
