he Thermo Scientific TX-1000 is a four-position swinging-bucket rotor designed for compatible Thermo Scientific, Sorvall, and Heraeus centrifuges.

This package includes one TX-1000 rotor body, four 75003001 swinging buckets, and two multi-position adapters for 15 mL tubes. Only two adapters are included, meaning that two of the four buckets can be equipped with the matching 15 mL tube adapters. Two additional adapters would be required to configure all four buckets for the same tube format.

The rotor provides a nominal maximum capacity of 4 × 1000 mL and is rated for speeds up to 4,200 RPM and a maximum RCF of 4,122 × g.

ClickSeal lids, additional adapters, tubes, and a centrifuge are not included.

Condition

Pre-owned equipment with scratches, marks, residue, and cosmetic wear consistent with previous laboratory use. The two brown tube adapters show visible wear and localized damage along portions of their upper structure. Please review the photographs carefully.

The rotor body, four buckets, and two adapters were visually inspected but were not tested under rotation in a compatible centrifuge. Operational performance, balance, service history, and remaining cycle life have not been independently verified.

The buyer should inspect and qualify all components according to the centrifuge manufacturer’s requirements before use.
