This unit came from a functioning laboratory and works as expected. As can be seen from the photos the 3” base has a hole in the center of the rubber. A new rubber cover and base can be ordered from the manufacturer for ~$50.
Same great features as the original Vortex-Genie 2 with an integrated mechanical timer of 1-60 seconds for TOUCH and 1-60 minutes for Hands-Free. Accepts all Vortex-Genie 2 accessories. 3" platform for a beaker, a flask, or multiple tubes.
