This Oyster Bay Pump Works M5 Automated Microplate Filling System was procured from a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility that changed product lines before the system was placed into service. The system is in like-new condition, with much of the original protective coating and shrink wrap still present.
This custom configuration is designed to dispense nine different solutions through a circular multi-channel dispensing head. Its modular design combines automated liquid handling with conveyor-based plate processing for efficient, repeatable laboratory and production workflows.

Available functions include liquid handling for coating, washing, and blocking; incubation; drying; lid or seal application; printing text and barcodes on frames and tabs; color coding well tops; bubble detection; ultrasonic fill verification; weight checks; and additional configurable processes.
Multi-day processes can be arranged on separate conveyors, allowing two different batches to be processed in parallel on the same day. They may also be combined on a single shared conveyor.
