Nikon Optiphot Fluorescence Research Microscope with 100W Hg Lamp & Power Supply

The Nikon Optiphot is a professional upright research microscope configured for both transmitted-light microscopy and epifluorescence applications. Built around Nikon’s finite 160 mm optical system, the Optiphot platform is well suited for biological research, fluorescence microscopy, immunofluorescence, histology, pathology, and other laboratory applications.

This system features a trinocular viewing head with Nikon CFW 10X eyepieces, a five-position revolving nosepiece, mechanical X-Y stage, Nikon Achr 0.90 condenser, and integrated transmitted-light illumination.

The microscope is equipped with a Nikon epi-fluorescence attachment and a Nikon lamp housing designed for a 100W mercury (Hg) lamp. The fluorescence system is powered by the included CHIU Technical Corp. M-100 100W DC power supply.

Four Nikon Plan objectives are confirmed and included: 2X, 10X, 40X, and 100X Oil. The installed fluorescence filter configuration has not been independently identified.
