Microfluidics LV1 High Pressure Microfluidizer® Homogenizer – 30,000 PSI
The Microfluidics LV1 High Pressure Microfluidizer® Processor is a premium laboratory homogenization system engineered for ultra-low sample volume processing and high-pressure particle size reduction. Designed for biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, nanotechnology, drug delivery research, vaccine development, lipid nanoparticle (LNP) production, protein extraction, and advanced materials research, the LV1 delivers highly reproducible results using Microfluidics' patented Interaction Chamber® technology.
Operating at pressures up to 30,000 PSI (2,069 bar), the LV1 generates intense shear forces capable of producing highly uniform nanoemulsions, nanoparticles, liposomes, and cell lysates while preserving valuable low-volume samples. Its compact benchtop design makes it an excellent choice for research laboratories, universities, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology facilities, and industrial R&D environments.
Manufactured in 2013, this unit features stainless steel construction, an integrated hydraulic intensifier, front-mounted pressure adjustment, analog pressure gauge, illuminated operator control panel, emergency stop switch, installed Interaction Chamber assembly, original cooling coil assembly, and syringe-based sample handling components, all shown in the photographs.
