The Labconco FlaskScrubber Laboratory Glassware Washer is a freestanding, direct-injection laboratory washing system designed for automated washing and drying of narrow-neck and general-purpose laboratory glassware, including volumetric flasks, Erlenmeyer flasks, and other difficult-to-clean labware.
This unit features stainless steel construction, a programmable digital control system, heated washing and rinsing, and forced-air drying. The direct-injection spindle system delivers wash solution and drying air directly into individual pieces of narrow-neck glassware for thorough internal cleaning.
This unit operates on 115V, 60 Hz power and was tested by LabCycle Partners through a complete operating cycle. The display was observed progressing through Wash 1, Wash 2, Rinse 1, Rinse 2, and Dry, ultimately reaching the “DONE” indication. During testing, displayed temperatures ranged from 28°C during Wash 1 to 60°C during the Dry stage.
