The ESA Coulochem III Detector is an electrochemical detection unit optimized for low signal in DC, achieving high sensitivity from capillary to normal bore chromatography. It features pulse mode for variable timing and scan mode for selecting optimal potentials. The Detector Configuration includes DC potentiostat for 1 or 2 cells, Potentiostat for Guard Cell, and/or Scan Mode/Pulse Mode. It operates in DC, Pulse, and Scan modes, with a potential range of 2000 mV and a full-scale current range of 10 pA to 1 mA. This versatile unit has a typical noise level of < 750 fA and offers high sensitivity and functionality. It is used in pharmaceutical, environmental, and clinical laboratories for neurotransmitter analysis, oxidative stress studies, and drug development.
