The Clay Adams Nutator offers compact and continuous gentle mixing, combining the motions of an orbital shaker and a platform shaker for a gentle 3D motion. The lab rockers are compact and straightforward, with a dimpled mat that holds items in place and is removable for easy cleaning.
The dimpled mat holds blood collection tubes, microtubes, and 15—or 50-ml centrifuge tubes without issue and allows for easy removal even while in motion without pausing the instrument. The nutator mixer has a fixed 20° pitch. The platform will hold 1.75 lbs and is 9.75 x 6.75 in. The nutator orbits at a steady 24 RPM, quietly working to mix and resuspend in just a minute without foaming the contents.
