From the manufacturer: C.B.S. Scientific offers the Quadra Electrophoresis Systems for performing SDS-Page, acrylamide-nucleic acid separations and electro-blotting. These quadruple capacity units provide the capability of running or blotting four gels simultaneously. The system is designed primarily to be used with a variety of precast gels. (See Table 1). Hand-cast gels can also be run in this unit with the use of accessory combs, plates and spacers.
