The ÄKTApurifier platform supports a wide range of chromatography techniques, including affinity chromatography, ion exchange, size exclusion (gel filtration), hydrophobic interaction chromatography, desalting, and buffer exchange. Excellent pre-owned cosmetic condition with minimal signs of previous laboratory use.

Tested by LabCycle Partners and verified to power on and communicate properly through the included UNICORN software. During testing, the installed modules were recognized by the software, and the system displayed operating parameters including UV absorbance, flow, pressure, conductivity, and pH. The system has not been performance tested with chromatography media or biological samples. Calibration status is unknown.
