These heat blocks were procured from a lab selling their cell culture equipment. Heat blocks are typically used in digital dry baths, but can also be used in incubators, scientific ovens, and water baths. Heat blocks hold temperature well and keep vials inside at very consistent temperatures. These are sold individually. Discounts offered at purchase quantities of 5 or more. Contact us for details!

Heat blocks are ideal for a variety of applications including coagulation studies, denaturing DNA, hybridization, immunoassays, melting agar, PCR, restriction digests, screening antibodies and more. Digital Dry Baths are microprocessor controlled and offer precise, accurate temperature control. Digital Dry Baths accomodate a variety of interchangeable heating blocks, like these. Dry baths provide a uniform transfer of heat to the sample through the block, regardless of sample position. Interchangeable blocks are manufactured of aluminum and available in an assortment of configurations. Blocks include position for block lifter. Dry Baths are supplied with a block lifter. Blocks are sold separately.
